This happened while Z was at school, she’s in 2nd grade. I picked her and older sister up from school today and told her while driving home…she cried for quite awhile. She was SO proud of this penguin, as she had put a lot of work in it. It sucks seeing my kids cry. There’s nothing I can do in this moment, except let her have her feelings and offer to help her make a new one.
